“Life is a balance between what we can control and what we cannot. I am learning to live between effort and surrender.” - Daniell Orner
Balance Assessment
The Wellness Self-Awareness Assessment is to help you examine strengths and weaknesses (areas of improvement). This self-assessment is based on a holistic perspective of wellness: Mind, Body, Spirit, Personal Power, Choice Monitoring. You will receive a score in each category and a total wellness score. This will identify areas of health and potential weakness that we can focus on in coaching. This approach is strength-based, working from a perspective of strength in effort to balance identified areas of improvement. This WSA Assessment was designed by Dr. Clare Steffen - Choice Coaching College with her approval and permission to be used here.
“Our emotions need to be as educated as our intellect. It is important to know how to feel, how to respond, and how to let life in so that it can touch you.” - Jim Rohn
